Background:
​I graduated with a degree in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Before starting graduate school at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, I worked as an emergency department scribe and pediatric medical assistant. Following graduate school, I worked as a healthcare data analyst and tutor.

​I’m originally from Maryland (home of Old Bay and crabs) and I most recently lived in Washington before moving to Illinois. During my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, exploring the city, trying new coffee shops/restaurants, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
