Medtal Health is a free, anonymous online support program for medical students with the goal of providing social support and information on free mental health resources including crisis support lines

The purpose is to offer students an opportunity to speak anonymously with fellow students about issues they may be experiencing that are associated with aspects of medical school such as stress, anxiety, feelings of depression, and  isolation

Giving a Lecture

Organize workshops and seminars on various mental health topics, such as stress management, anxiety reduction, mindfulness practices, and building resilience. These events can provide students with valuable information and practical skills to enhance their mental well-being.

Online Meeting
